  • Deliver Excellence: We set high expectations and strive to continually raise the bar. From our people to our work, we are committed to quality, and expect the same commitment from others.
  • Own the Outcome: We are responsible for our actions and results, our successes and failures. We understand the importance of accountability and we follow through on our commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all payroll functions, including ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the company’s AP/AR processes, ensuring payments are made in a timely manner and AR is collected timely.
  • Perform daily banking, credit card and GL reconciliations, and monitor cash balances.
  • Initiate ACH payments for noteholders, investors, vendors and others.
  • Analyze and settle month end journal entries to ensure timely closing of the books.
  • Assist with monthly close activities including management reports.
  • Support company financial planning and budgeting activities.
  • Maintain and follow a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
  • Additional responsibilities as directed for the success of the team and the Company.
