Monitor vendor overdue orders by running reports in our system
Monitor vendor turnaround times and working with vendors to gain faster turnaround time
Watch for trends within vendors including errors, speed, and response rate
Help other team members to recruit and replace vendors as necessary
Updating vendors with any necessary data court related change
Grading vendors on overall performance and sending out grade reports monthly
Track vendor errors and work with vendors to correct any error
Ethical Conduct – Must adhere to employee handbook and maintain confidentiality of all data, analysis, customer and applicant data
Excellent Telephone Skills – Provide friendly and courteous service to applicants with each outgoing call
Computer Proficient – Able to comfortably use Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications
Education and Experience:
High school degree or GED required. Associate degree in business related areas preferred.
