Summary:

Setup operation of Juki Surface Mount Pick/Place machines.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Inspect and test finished SMT products for quality.
• Set-up & operate Dek Screen Printer.
• Set-up & operate Heller Reflow Oven.
• Load proper parts into machine and fill solder paste.
• Adjust, set up, and operate SMT machines per job order.

• Monitor product through entire SMT process.

Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years SMT assembly
• IPC-A-610 Certified
• Working knowledge of electronics and electronic systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Knowledgeable in computers and computer/controller interfaces
• Electronic component assembly
• IPC-610 training/experience
• Knowledge of ESD procedures
• Solder paste/stenciling
• Mechanical tooling/fixtures
• Electronic component recognition
• Quality focus
• Ability to read and comprehend English

Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas
