Center Director

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Center Director for our Early Intervention ABA Center in Columbia, MD! The role of the ABA Center Director will have a large impact on the Verbal Beginnings Center operations program. This role will ensure that center based staff are performing their jobs in a way that has the highest impact for the organization through the use of OBM practices and procedures. This role will ensure that the center operations are performing optimally in terms of revenue, staffing, and client intake.

Job responsibilities

• Strategic management of operations to maximize revenue and efficiency of workforce
• On-site management of multidisciplinary leadership team; RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative support team to ensure daily operations are executed successfully and efficiently.
• Oversight of performance metrics of all center staff
• Assist in the continuous dissemination of Verbal Beginnings business plan through performance manage of scorecard objectives
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure proper training of staff and clinical outcomes of clients
• Monitor successful implementation of company-wide and center-wide systems to ensure proper clinical documentation
• Development and monitoring of quality control indicators and performance management
• Schedule oversight to ensure staff are productive and lean
• Oversight of billing and HIPAA compliance through proper processes and systems
• Staffing oversight
  • Collaboration with recruiting team
  • Collaboration with HR team
  • Collaboration with clinical team to ensure staffing needs are met
• Collaboration with Intake Team to ensure center openings are filled
• Development, oversight and adherence of staff policies and procedures
• General point person for day to day operations
• Supervision of administrator and clinical roles
• Employee engagement
• Collaborative outreach with the marketing team
• Development of new programs within the center and evaluating and leading expansion opportunities.

Compensation

• $75,000 - $95,000

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least three years’ experience in a leadership role, ideally healthcare operations
• Previous experience with leadership and supervisory skills - particularly in the area of Organizational Behavior Management
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business background
• Strong communication skills
