YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF… You have 2 years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability. You have proven experience engaging community through local outreach, in-store events and partnerships. You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs. You’re at least 18 years of age. You are a high school graduate (or equivalent), or ideally have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
