Quality Manager
Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Quality Managerto fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Belleville, MI.
Requirements of the Quality Manager
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance/compliance, and/or engineering; including at least three (3) years in a management role.
- Experience in obtaining and maintaining TS certification.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Experience with MiniTab helpful.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
- Represent the facility in preparing for, facilitating, and responding to inspections and audits.
- Collaborate with managers to create and maintain a Quality Management System.
- Maintain current TS and Q1 certifications.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation such as reports, manuals, and procedures all in compliance with record retention policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer concerns by analyzing failures and recommending, driving, and/or monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training to build quality awareness.
- Develop quality assurance plans and procedures and conduct quality inspections to ensure materials, products, and processes comply with relevant requirements in the quality management system.
- Continuously improve the quality system.
