Velocity Vehicle Group is Hiring a Remote Call Center Agent (AZ) - Remote WFH (Experience Needed)

We are currently hiring a Call Center Agent to work from home! We are looking for qualified applicants in the Southwest market. Do you have heavy equipment and commercial vehicle parts experience? If so, we are looking for you! The position is 100% remote and will need to be responsible to handle a full-time schedule in a quiet, distraction-free working environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection. We provide the equipment, you provide a positive trusting can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills and self-motivation. Our agents work shifts between the operating hours of 7:00am-10:00pm Monday - Friday and 7:00am – 3:30pm Saturday-Sunday, Pacific Time. What You’ll Do: The Call Center Agent serves customers by answering inquiries, determining requirements, fulfilling requests, selling parts and routing telephone calls. The agent manages large amounts of inbound calls and interacts with a high volume of customers daily to process orders and provide overall customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Efficiently provides customers with products and service information to high standards Determines requirements by working with customers and identifying needs Handles customer’s inquiries regarding all matters pertaining to transaction and sales history Sells additional parts and services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell Explains new features or information to customers Manages and resolves customer complaints Researches required information using available resources Fulfills customer requests Completes transactions and process orders Routes calls to appropriate resource if needed Documents all call information according to standard operating procedures Completes call logs Qualifications 2-3 years or more with heavy duty commercial truck parts OEM dealer experienced preferred Knowledge of commercial truck supplies, equipment and mechanical parts Proficient in relevant computer applications Experience in call center or customer service environment preferred Data Entry and strong typing skills preferred Clerical, word processing and/or office skills Self-motivated Excellent customer service skills Language proficiency in Spanish to effectively communicate with customers is beneficial Compensation Hourly/Non-Exempt Commission Applicants located in AZ/NV/NM are preferred. Experienced in commercial vehicle parts only.
