The Role
Join Veeva as we modernize life sciences quality management software. Have the opportunity to be at the forefront of crafting Veeva’s solution for customers. This role is seeking a leader with a deep understanding of the global life sciences and manufacturing space with expertise in quality batch management.
In this role, you will provide industry thought leadership to help craft customer solutions, facilitate relationships with key partners, and support customer success. Your mission is to
perform market analysis and create a strategy for innovating and automating batch release processes.
This is a remote position. This is a work anywhere, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Our work processes are designed so that you can be productive in the environment that works best for you. This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.
What You'll Do
- Provide thought leadership and direction to field-facing teams including creating and maintaining supporting material for best practices for implementation configuration and data management for batch release
- Provide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new and enhanced features for the Vault Quality Suite
- Develop strategy and messaging for customer rationalization of enterprise system data use and workflows for batch release automation including integration between SAP and the Vault Quality Suite
- Architect workflows and data design for customer implementations within project teams
- Contribute subject matter expertise to customer opportunities
- Serve as an evangelist in the space by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publications
- Engage with communities of practice, and manage relationships with partners
- 8 years experience in life sciences industry, Quality or Supply Chain SME background
- Product registration, transition to commercialized product, and commercial batch release business process design experience. Consulting in this capacity is a plus
- Multiple complete project implementations of SAP QM
- Demonstrable experience in integration of SAP QM with other enterprise quality systems like eQMS, LIMS, etc.
- Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
- Ability to hold meaningful conversations with customer stakeholders and relevant IT leaders
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 40%
