Responsibilities Job Title: Technical Program Manager Function: Corporate Technology Technical Program Manager Reports To: Director, Programs & Portfolio Purpose Statement: Veeam Software is the leader in data backup, recovery, and ransomware protection with over 400,000 customers worldwide. Corporate Technology Programs & Portfolio Management Office is responsible for managing the programs and projects that enable leveraging best technology and solutions available on the market for all Veeam business departments. The goal is to ensure that businesses perform at the top of their efficiency to fuel Veeam growth. This role, Corporate Technology Technical Program Manager, will manage the strategic cross-functional program to implement the technology, environment, and related processes to support the federal government part of the business. Principal Responsibilities: Work with business leadership to define the scope of the program and prioritize its projects Identify stakeholders and secure resources necessary to deliver the program’s objectives Facilitate the stakeholder communication Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant program information to various levels of staff Coordinate functional technical teams in their efforts to meet program objectives, resolve the blockers, and keep focus on value delivery As becomes necessary, manage various projects and tasks in motion Ensure proper rollout of the tools and processes to the business users adhering to the best practices of change management Ensure the appropriate documentation is created and maintained Facilitate continuous improvement of the process and systems involved in the program Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered) Preference for candidates who have relevant experience in IT and business applications program management at a technology company Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work well with culturally diverse team A self-starter who can work collaboratively to find solutions to various challenges Ability to secure Secret or above US Government clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Competencies: Relationship Building Project Management, PMP certified Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Analytical Skills Backbone / Ability to focus on the high-level goals and what it takes to get there Passion for efficient processes Passion for matching tools and technology to help improve a sales process Technical Skills: Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms Experience with Tableau or BI Tools, ability to query and analyze data Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, and other project management tools Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence Context/Environment: Travel: A few times a year Job Location: Remote, US Eastern Time Zone Hours Clearance: Veeam has US government and enterprise customers, and our systems and software may manage sensitive information for various governments.
