Function: Product Marketing Reports To: Director, Product Marketing The Product Marketing Senior Manager is tasked with developing programmatic approaches to support the organizations strategic direction, driving demand and adoption, as well as long term goals. They lead the overall programs with strong attention to strategy, implementation and delegation. They help the organization stay on schedule, on spec and on an upward trajectory of success and growth. Responsibilities Develops a strong working relationship with the Product Marketing Managers, Partner Business Development Managers and other subject-matter experts to deliver on Go-to-Market strategies to achieve marketing pipeline targets Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization, creating and managing long-term goals Evaluates and analyses program strengths and risks to identify areas for improvement Leads stakeholder meetings, to ensure that all deliverables are fully integrated and flawlessly executed, meeting Veeam’s high-quality standards Primary point of contact for marketing for the Partner Business Development Manager team Active contributor to the development of strategy with the broader sales and marketing team Guides junior staff in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions or procedures 20-25% travel; may include some international travel. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. (A combination of education and experience will be considered) Demonstrable experience in a marketing role focusing on business to business program and marketing management Expert written, verbal and interpersonal communications with all levels of management Proven track record of running successful, product markerting programs, preferably within the IT industry Experience in managing and prioritizing own time to manage multiple tasks/projects to deliver programs on time Proven experience in analyzing and reporting on campaign results and leverage data results when developing new campaigns Experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams is a plus Leadership experience, either direct or indirect teams Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
