Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electrical industry or MEP coordination
Must be able to work cooperatively with a variety of personalities in a team setting
Ability to manage all aspects of a project including experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
Must have strong interpersonal skills, oral communication, active listening, and business writing skills
A working knowledge of all applicable disciplines of construction drawings required
Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, Bluebeam/Adobe
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as an electrician, Construction Management degree, certification, or equivalent job experience
Ability to estimate
Accubid experience
BIM Coordination/REVIT experience
Position Accountabilities:
Perform project setup duties, conduct project kickoff meetings
Assist in setting up project team
Produce project-based reports internally and externally
Oversee the proactive coordination of project scope with Project Team, Operations, and Purchasing to achieve maximum efficiency and cost management
Must adhere to and have a sound working knowledge of all company policies & procedures
Familiarity and experience with construction contracting and contract documents
Following the company policies, structure, reports, and procedures within the department
Audits and oversees project specific tasks including cost controls, schedule compliance, productivity, quality, scope definition and contract changes
Produce project close out reports and conduct lessons learned meetings.
Responsible for reviewing records and reports essential to the effective operation of ongoing projects and assigned areas of responsibility.
