Sr. QA with Life Insurance & Policy admin

JD :
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Prepare detailed test plans, test schedules and task breakdowns, for assigned projects. Identify risks and issues related to the successful completion of planned testing activities.
- Advise functional testers and automation engineers on test design and regression test case selection to assure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify opportunities for integration testing and end-to-end testing with other projects or existing applications.
- Work with the business BAs and UAT teams to ensure validity and comprehensiveness of QA test designs, and support their activities.
- Should have hands on experience in L&A.
- Assist in functional, non-functional testing and creating queries. Identify opportunities for 'Shift Left' test strategy and advanced automation.
- As secondary skills candidate should know Java with Selenium for automation or at least candidate should be willing to learn these skills on Job so one should have some java programming background.
