Description :

The key responsibilities of the candidate include:

• Own the scoping, architecture and design of infrastructure that will support.
• Monitor, and maintain Active Directory related services, File Services, Server Infrastructure, WAN/LAN/WLAN supporting business-critical systems.
• Set daily objectives/priorities and manage IT resources at various offices accordingly to these business objectives
• Ensure performance, reliability, and transparency of all aspects of infrastructure elements.
• Be responsible for server, storage, network, security and monitoring hardware, software and services ensuring they are optimized for availability, stability, integrity, performance and scalability.
• Forecasts demand for storage, computing and network capacity and takes appropriate action before capacity limits are reached.
• Provide support to, manage, and train team in IT Infrastructure administration and usage.
• Accountable for measuring and optimizing application and infrastructure performance, and to initiate and lead recovery actions after system failures.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure stability (KPI's).
• Ensure SLAs are maintained 
• Prepare and maintain documentation of IT Infrastructure.
• Maintain Infrastructure equipment inventory and manage hardware life-cycle.
• Establish and/or maintain IT infrastructure standards in regard to configuration and security.
• Make sure IT governance, audit and compliance requirements are met.

Required Skills: 

• The candidate will have experience in one of the following areas:
• Proficient understanding of Data Center operations including Window Server, Network Security, Cloud Servers that includes technical and functional understanding.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and supervise junior members of the team.
• Must possess the initiative to resolve issues before they become critical.
• Strong written communication skills including documentation.

Education:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer science, Information Technology or related field preferred with 10 years of experience in IT out of which, at least 3 - 4 years in similar role.
