Come grow with us! VAULT is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to work with our Supply Chain / Logistics team. The ideal candidate must have experience in all elements of Supply Chain management up to and including the following: Customer Fulfillment; Vendor management (domestic and foreign); development of Supply Chain KPIs; a proven history of driving efficiencies and cost savings; demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions and achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

To do well in this role you should have 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in the field. A degree in Supply Chain management would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the VAULT supply chain
• Oversight and management of Logistics to include scheduling of shipments, shipping costs and global tariffs
• Assess and implement world-class inventory control processes and procedures
• Drive and support production scheduling to meet customers needs
• Establish and maintain Supply Chain KPIs
• Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships, both foreign and domestic
• Identify continuous cost improvement initiatives
• Mange internal order fulfillment

Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in distribution and supply chain management.
• A proven record of driving efficiencies and cost savings
• Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful, data-driven decisions and achieve strategic goals in a challenging environment
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Balances strategic thinking with execution
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks highly recommended.
