Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive warranty administrator. The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and submitting warranty claims.
*Only candidates with automotive warranty experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Review claims and prepare for warranty reimbursement
- Review every warranty repair order for proper completion
- Provide warranty reports to Service Director
- Assist Service Managers in closing all open RO's
- Conduct weekly audits of warranties and schedules.
- Keep up to date on factory recalls, campaigns and bulletin
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator
- Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds
- Detail oriented, methodical and precise
- Proficient on excel, MS office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to reconcile difficult customer service situations
