Varsity Tutors is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and assist in full cycle recruiting for technical positions in software engineering and data science/analytics. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be a key partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best technical talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high quality candidates and how to incorporate interview best practices and structure into the process. This person will have extremely sound professional judgement and will be able to adapt to a variety of situations quickly. This position is fully remote and can work from anywhere in the United States.
