Responsibilities

• Complete development tasks on time with exceptional attention to quality, performance, best practices, and SOP standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and help define solutions to these issues.
• Document progress, discussions, and scope changes in Jira.
• Assist on a rotating basis with our weekly nightly production pushes.
• Add to and update GetGuru documentation.
• Participate in technical support ticket bashes when necessary.
• Keep Software Engineering Manager up to date on all progress and barriers during sprints.
• Work with the quality assurance team to resolve defects found during sprints.
• Develop unit tests to validate development and protect from future defects.

Requirements

•  5 years of software development experience using the following technologies: C#, SQL Server, Advanced SQL, TSQL, SQL Cursors, MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, GIT, Entity Framework, Postman, and Telerik.
• 5 years of experience working on large applications with highly complex business logic and dependencies across multiple processes.

Nice To Have

• Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, accounting system experience, third party identity management integration, SQL performance tuning, Azure APIs, JavaScript Frameworks, Event Listeners, RabbitMQ, and micro services experience.

What About Hours, Pay & Benefits? 

This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 and salary is based on experience. Vantaca offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical, dental and vision plans as well as a 401(k), life insurance and relocation assistance where applicable.
