Job Description
Vanir CM has a unique opportunity for a talented individual to assist in the continued strategic growth of our organization.The position of Senior Accountant will be responsible for providing exceptional accounting, Tax and Audit support on corporate initiatives. The Senior Accountant will be instrumental in contributing to the financial success of the Vanir Group of Companies through in-depth and accurate analysis of financial reporting and analysis of financial data. This individual will apply their expertise in Tax and Audit across multiple business units in support of our continued growth. Our unique culture fosters growth, communication, and teamwork to allow professionals to achieve their goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required
- Ideal candidates will possess 3 years of experience performing Audit and/or Tax at a CPA Firm. Experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry is preferred
- Experience working with multiple business units and/or affiliate companies is preferred
- Ability to work closely with various accounting team at various business entities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities is desired
- Experience with Platinum for Windows or comparable accounting software is necessary, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) desired
