Valor Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing organization! Are you looking for a team environment? Are you ready for the next step in your career?

 In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and developing systems for the accounts payable function, including such activities as the timely payment of all vendor invoices and expense vouchers, and the maintenance of accurate records and control reports. You will also supervise a staff of clerical personnel. This position is located in our Dallas corporate office and has the potential to become hybrid.

Job Duties:

• Management and oversight of Accounts Payable team members to ensure efficient operation and adherence to Company policies and internal controls

• Manage vendor relationships and responding to inquiries from vendors.

• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate necessary year-end projects (i.e. 1099 reporting)

• Reconcile vendor statements and research and correct discrepancies

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis of vendor activity

• Administration of corporate credit card program

• Oversight of sales and use tax filings

• Full responsibility over Fixed Asset monthly entries and reporting

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Five plus years of Accounts Payable management experience

• Experience working with Net Suite or another ERP accounting system

• Strong Excel skills using V-Lookup and Pivot tables

• Experience working in a paperless A/P environment

• Experience with corporate credit card programs

• Experience working in medium to large multi-location organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to research problems and present findings

• Ability to work independently and proactively to improve efficiencies and accuracy
