About the RoleAs the lead member of the Internal Operations subvertical within the People team, you are key to operating our headquarters in NYC and will be responsible for the operations of our two other offices in Phoenix, AZ and San Mateo, CA. You’re critical in maintaining an excellent work environment, ensuring high levels of organization and colleague satisfaction as well as championing the mission of the internal operations team to empower and support the rest of the Valon business through a safe, healthy, and enjoyable work environment. You will be instrumental in building company culture, report directly to the Head of Talent, and manage a team of two to work cross-functionally with all members at Valon including senior leadership.
