Operator / Floorman – rotating shifts In this role your main responsibilities will be receiving all incoming shipments for our location in Neenah, WI and the proper processing of all paperwork related to that item/roll according to plant procedures. Distribution of parts and proper labeling and storage of materials with attention to detail will prove successful in maintaining accurate inventory of procured items. Specific preparation of paper machine rolls falls under the responsibility of this position which includes cleaning and preparing rolls for assembly/disassembly and shipping. The ability to operate cranes and fork trucks safely and efficiently is required due to the handling of heavy equipment/loads. Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft office and the ability to produce paperwork for the shipment of all rolls and equipment per plant procedure. Requirements A high school education with previous manufacturing experience; ideally a minimum of three to five years’ experience. Knowledge of papermaking machinery a plus, but not required. Willing to work with and train candidates with a high level of initiative and personal motivation.
