Summary
Responsible for the daily operations ofthe restaurants and room service. Works hands on with restaurant personnel toensure highest quality of food and beverage within the concepts.
Job Duties
Assistsin managing the human resources in the department in order to attract, retainand motivate employees. Provide highquality service and product to guests while adhering to budget constraints bymanaging the outlets in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Respond to guest trends, needs, issues,comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future salesprospects. Create, recommend and implement promotions and ideas to capture morein-house guests and a larger share of local market. Monitor and control themaintenance/sanitation of the outlets and equipment to protect assets, complywith regulations and ensure quality service. Must schedule shift managers and hourly team members. Oversees room service and ensures guests satisfaction withorders delivered in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with all regulatorycontrols and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Authorized to issue and activate casinoaccess cards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years previous work experience in foodservice is preferred. Must be able toqualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming ControlBoard. Must have full working knowledgeof MICROS POS. Must be Serv-Safecertified. Must be TIPS or RAMPcertified. Must be knowledgeable andadhere to all PLCB regulations.
