Job Description
Experienced CHHA's needed for Alameda and Solano Counties. Our office is based in Orinda and we are looking for the right persons to join our Hospice Case Management Team.
ACE Home Health & Hospice is a locally owned and operated agency. We are growing and are seeking talented and compassionate professionals that want to make a difference in the lives of their clients.
ONLY THOSE WITH CERTIFIED CHHA LICENSE SHOULD APPLY.
Must have:
- Current CHHA license
- Current CPR
- Current Driver license
- Own transportation
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English a plus!
Estimated annual compensation: $56K to $68K, based on fulltime status.
