_*The Grandview at Las Vegas*_ seeks energetic, motivated sales representatives to engage and build rapport with prospective clients and current owners while promoting the benefits of owning at Vacation Village Resorts.
*Essential Job Responsibilities*
* Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.
* Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
* Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
* Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments in the industry.
* No cold calling! Leads are prequalified and provided by the Company.
*Position Requirements*
* High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
* Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
* Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
* Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable, and motivational demeanor at all times.
* Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
* Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with a diverse group to negotiate win-win solutions.
* Must possess a dynamic and outgoing personality.
* Organizational and leadership skills are required, and a general professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.
* Requires a Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare License (Company Helps Provide).
* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a *daily per diem and earn commissions and bonuses.*
