Brief Description:

We are looking for someone who has customer service experience along with time management and organization skills. You must be able to initiate and start tasks on your own and be able to manage yourself. Those who are able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities do best in this position. We offer a fun, challenging and rewarding work environment for our employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start growing their career and is interested in growth. Our Customer Service Representatives are the main point of contact for our customers, and serve as the "face" of the company. All work is performed over the phone. You will update customers, resolve issues, and schedule appointments. This is an in office position at our corporate location in El Dorado Hills.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers throughout duration of project
  • Acknowledging and responding to customers
  • Responding promptly to customer's inquiries
  • Working well in a team environment but also individually
  • Keeping database up to date with all communication

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Dealbreaker)
  • Communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Honest, hard-working, and energetic
