Utah Physical Therapy is looking to bring on a teammate! We are excited to announce an opening at our Centerville Clinic. As FOC you will need to be an effective patient advocate with a warm & friendly personality towards staff and patients. Some of the duties would be taking payments, making deposits, scheduling patients, monitoring clinic schedule, answering voicemails, fax's and emails, sending appointment reminders, perform chart maintenance, follow HIPAA regulations, understand insurance benefit verifications & authorizations. Last but not least, keeping the communication line open between clinics, administration and team members.

Requires at-least 3 years experience in medical reception.

Preferred: actively obtaining Bachelors in healthcare administration or related degree & Insurance & Authorization experience.
