The primary purpose of this position is to be the Executive Presence in the USTA’s New York City office. The main tasks are greeting people, both on the phone and in person, monitor visitors appropriately as well as ensuring the office infrastructure is working correctly. Also included is coordinating meetings, assisting in office events and food and beverage ordering when needed. Responsible for copier maintenance, coffee supplies, and all other areas to ensure the office is functioning properly. Acts as a liaison between the New York City office and the USTA HQ office.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $47,000.00 to $57,000.00. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
