Job Description Responsible for initiating, executing, and completing a portfolio of multi-faceted initiatives involving technology projects, strategic initiatives and process design. Responsible to monitor and report on project timeline and document project status & issues. Leads analysis and change management aspects of the projects including completion of stakeholder analysis and communication plans. Support and manage executive governance committees and communications. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop an effective plan of action for running programs from inception to completion Partner with functional leadership to ensure programs always support and advance the organization's mission Strategically map-out a program schedule, resources and timeline and ensure it is followed Lead current and future state process mapping and process improvement documentation and communicate with all constituents Manage daily operations that support and implement our current program objectives Assess, document and manage program risks Document progress of teams and maintain history of the progress. Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity and process improvement Facilitates interface between functional groups and third-party service providers. Develops and documents functional requirements for projects. Manages user acceptance testing with business users to ensure solution meets the business requirements. Provide input to effective change management, training requirements, and rollout plans to business and end users. Evaluate system impact in consultation with the business, IT, functional business owners, etc. Coordinate internal and external resources in addressing clients’ needs, training, enhancements, Manage central data repository. Oversee and advise program staff in various tasks KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Manage multiple projects with ease Proficient with Microsoft Word, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficiency in project management manual, verbal or mental manipulation of data, developing timelines (using Gantt charts or excel to display) e.g. specific software skill, data manipulation skills such as modeling) Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in different roles across the business Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate vision, goals, project status and to escalate issues when appropriate at both executive leadership and staff levels. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 10 years of PM experience required BA/BS degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic Project Management tools Previous experience with process improvement methods preferred Previous Healthcare experience preferred. PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.
