This highly technical position is responsible for supporting multiple Window Server, and Linux operating system based application environments. This role will require a strict adherence to best practices as our systems are required to be highly available, scalable, and secure. A focus on application availability, system reliability, and maintainability is critical for success of the Wealth Management business Role responsibilities: Administration and support of custom business applications. Administer and support server hosting environments residing in a Windows 2019-2016 and Linux operating system based server infrastructure Build and support Dell and HP server hardware Work with and support Linux and Windows based virtualization environments Administer and support of Windows Active Directory Support of Storage Area Network DASD environment Maintain security and process awareness and work to increase compliancy when needed Desired Qualifications: 3 years’ experience supporting Linux and Windows server operating systems 3 years’ experience supporting server based applications environments Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP, DNS, DHCP.
