Job Description Role Overview: This position requires a person to set up/operate CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components from raw material in a team based environment. Must be able to align with all governing rules including S.N.E. Policies and Procedures and make sure safety and cleanliness practices in the work place. This position works under minimum direction. Fulfills Quality System requirements as describe within the Quality System. Responsibilities: Operate simple machines simultaneously. Set up and operate various inspection instruments as the need arises. Identify and change dull tooling. Good mechanical proficiency Manual dexterity to aid in machine operations Good attention to detail with paperwork with legible handwriting Basic math skills Experience with precision measuring equipment Set up/operate equipment with minimal direction Read and understand blueprints Complete and understand documentation needed to align with S.N.E. policies Quality Manual and procedures including but not limited to: FDA, QSR and various domestic and international standards and regulations. Company policies and procedures. Data entry transactions and or bar code scanning Performing in a team environment using the skills of presenting and listening and participating in developing continuous improvement on products and processes. Safety, cleanliness of equipment and company product, including but not limited to: Perform preventative maintenance as the need arises. Clean work area as needed. Aligns with all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and job hazard assessments applicable to specified job activities including medical evaluations as required by job function. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Licenses/ Certifications: None Experience: Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in the operation of machining simple to moderate components from an array of materials.
