Join our group of smart, agile and creative marketers as our US Commercial Field Marketing Manager. We are seeking a strategic, self-starting marketer to develop, own and run campaigns targeted to Nilfisk’s US commercial market. You are responsible for strategy, execution and performance measurement of end-user marketing campaigns built to increase brand awareness, grow leads and promote Nilfisk as a thought leader. Major Areas of Responsibility Develop, direct and implement strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns Direct and collaborate with the global campaign team to create campaign content Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain insights and drive our strategy Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics for select strategic accounts Collaborate with the channel marketing team to optimize communication and ensure alignment with dealer campaigns, trade shows and events Monitor, analyze and develop insights on campaign performance data and leverage the information to direct future marketing mix choices and messaging Build and deliver engaging presentations for marketing and sales teams Become an expert on our commercial end users Qualifications BA or BS in Marketing, Communications or Business; MBA preferred 5 years marketing or agency experience 3 years’ experience launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns Desired Attributes and Experience Demonstrated ability in developing marketing strategies to grow market share and increase end-user demand Strong project management skills with the ability to balance and successfully coordinate multiple campaign tasks Solid change management abilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills Creative, energetic and collaborative Experience working in a matrixed organization and/or collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to complete tasks Experience working with third-party media and trade organizations Tactical experience in social media, email and digital marketing campaigns Some experience with CRM, data analysis tools and project management applications (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI, Basecamp) Travel Requirements Job requires 10-15% travel Let’s create a cleaner future together Clean is changing.
