We are seeking a experienced Sales Professional to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will create long-term, trusting relationships with our current and prospective clients. The role requires the candidate to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, while actively generating new leads. You will work closely with the CEO and our creative team to play a vital role in linking diverse people globally and building brands while contributing to the growth of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our mission, vision, and brand
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning, executing business objectives, and goals
  • Develop and implement sales action plan through comprehensive data analysis, KPI’s and additional reports when requested
  • Assist in establishingcontracts and proposals
  • Foster strong relations with all ISOs and stakeholders; internally and externally
  • High standards of general accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Represent the Company’s interests and goals at meetings, shows, etc.
  • Sell company services at events, shows, over the phone, etc.
  • Create annual and bi-weekly reports for sales department team members
  • Generate business strategical plans and implementation
  • Communicate daily with the managers and stakeholders about the progress of tasks & goals
  • Experience and knowledge with social media platforms for lead generation
  • Keeping accurate customer records
  • Provide superior customer service

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • 5 experience in Sales, lead generation, or similar
  • Cold calling experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Zoho, Trello
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Strong ability to build business relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Solid selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs

Position Details:

  • This position is full-time, Remote, with occasional travel when required
  • Days and hours may vary Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • The work location is in Glendale, CA (San Fernando Road & Fletcher)
  • The hourly pay range is $24 - $28 based on experience commission incentives
  • Currently, medical and dental insurance is not available

Note:

Generally, the first interview is a basic intro, via Zoom where we will determine if your personality, experience, and skills are a match for the job description.

The second step is scheduling a technical test. The test is sent via email and timed. The purpose of the test is to examine the skills necessary for this position.

The third and final step is a meeting with the manager and CEO for the purpose of exchanging information to determine if we are the right company for you and if you are the right candidate for us!
