The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Treasury Operations Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Operate with team across multiple workstreams such as daily cash forecasting and positioning, inter-company in-house banking and payment netting processes, and settlement and analysis of financial market transactions related to foreign currency and investments. Assist in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure and relationships, including monitoring services and pricing structures, and maintaining documentation. Leverage knowledge of treasury technology & systems (such as SAP, SWIFT, Alteryx, Power BI, etc) to automate and improve current processes Lead initiatives globally, or within your USAC responsibilities, to transform various aspects of the treasury operating model such as global banking center of excellence strategies and regional cash management. Partner with peers around the world to develop and implement strategies to leverage marketplace treasury innovations such as virtual banking and ‘pay on behalf of’ structures. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must (at a minimum) have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of treasury experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Knowledge and experience on all aspects of Treasury Operations, including using SAP Treasury or similar Treasury management system Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization, leveraging best practices and industry trends Knowledge of LEAN management principles or LEAN certification Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems Advanced education or certification such as MBA, CTP, or CFA Location: Maplewood, MN or US remote Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
