Job Description: 3M is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Forest City 3M location. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, orderfilling and shipping Operate power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock Pack and check material for shipment Perform all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures Required Skills and Expertise High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Ability to work, overtime, 2nd or 3rd shift depending on shift availability, and holidays as needed Desired: Experience in a warehouse operations role Experience operating a forklift Demonstrated attention to detail Strong written & verbal communication skills Basic computer skills Travel: N/A Relocation Assistance: N/A Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
