Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: Partner with Account Executives and oversee all internal processes associated with account management and campaign activation. Assist the account executive in developing proposals in response to RFPs from clients and customers. Job Responsibilities: Prepares proposals for account executives, which may include rates, descriptions, locations and photos. Develops maps for account executives by using the appropriate software to plot locations of media products and demographic information. Creates ride maps of board locations for account executives as requested. Runs various reports to monitor sign postings, take downs and proofs of performance. Communicates with the appropriate CCOA office to receive demographic information. Utilizes Fast Pitch software, Excel, PowerPoint and other appropriate software to complete proposals. May check and confirm arrival of board materials. Support Account Executives with CRM, Sales Force administration with items such as account set up, hold management and preparing reports Assist Marketing and Sales Leadership in research & reporting for Account Executive client prospecting Prepare campaign documents including but not limited to space and production contracts, posting instructions for both printed and digital creative assignments, commission coversheets, billing action forms, etc. Review billing and accounts payable issues in collaboration with Finance Team Assist Account Executives with internal requests for Marketing Research, Creative and Mapping Field inbound sales calls and supply Sales Manager with call back information. Coordinate and liaise in interact with other departs could RE and operation, Sales, Charting Back up resources to administrative functions in Finance, Charting and/or Operations Support Sales Leadership with team communications Manage general office administration – answer phones, order supplies, shipping, maintain files, etc. Other duties as assigned or requested Job Qualifications: Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Work Experience 2-3 years of experience supporting sales Skills Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work. Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented. Excellent communication skills Strong analytical capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales. Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.). Willing to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency.
