Position Summary The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Energy Storage Supply Chain group through developing reporting and KPI and analytics capabilities for end-to-end supply chain. The candidate must be able to present and interpret data in clear, compelling ways to facilitate decision making by leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop lead and lag KPIs, Dashboards, and analytics for all supply chain functions. Capture and report key performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze root cause for improvement capabilities Present data to key stakeholders in a clear manner that reflects the data, decisions, key changes, and 18-month strategy of the division Partner with other Analysts to align on overall reporting strategy and develop central control tower for end user Develop user training for all KPI reports Partner with Operations and Supply Chain functions to provide value and expertise through analytics and data capable decision making Lead special projects as assigned Education and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, operations, mathematics, or a related field 3 years of experience developing reports, KPI’s, dashboards, and other analytical tools 3 years of experience using MS Office applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High levels of personal integrity when conducting the professional affairs of the organization, and dealing with sensitive and confidential data relating to risk and cost Show adaptability and flexibility within the process where necessary Be resourceful and motivated to grow, learn and improve the process Show curiosity by asking questions, learning about the business, and understanding financial impacts of the Demand Plan Strong presentation and speaking skills, ability to tell a story and gain alignment on the plan Ability to drive change, and hold external team members accountable for process improvements Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform in a command-and-control role under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands Strong analytical, data-processing, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in process formulation and improvement Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural business environment Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
