GSP runs its own Analytics team tasked with defining, curating, and designing informative dashboards used to set sourcing strategy, direct procurement operations, and summarize to senior leaders. Competitive Benefits package Career Development Opportunities Opportunity to grow your career Responsibilities: Facilitates end user business analyst discussions, investigate needs, and steer discussion to extract requirements Communicates and works with interdepartmental groups for reporting requirements and to ensure smooth management of reporting/dashboarding process Analyzes current business processes and identifies improvements to be recommended to the business Evaluates end user capabilities and assist in determining proper training to improve data comprehension Produce intelligence reports and work with department’s analyst to provide quality analysis Designs dashboards Validates metrics to ensure calculations are accurate and approves UAT testing results Manages enhancement queue, fixes, and prioritization of release schedule Coordinates end-user reviews and sign-offs Document requirements gathering process, maintains process documentation, synthesizes user feedback, creates release notes Assesses end-users understanding of outputs Manages data re-loading process Resolves errors and issues Investigates new datasets, and finds way to connect data We would like you to have Minimum 2 years of experience working with data visualization tool (preferably Qliksense) Strong analytical / data management skills – comfortable working with large volumes of data, experience with SQL or other database management languages Proficient data visualization skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking, self-starting, and ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance.
