Lonza is IMMEDIATELY hiring a Master Production Scheduler to be responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the production schedule. The Master Production Scheduler will drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders. This position will be hybrid with 3 days on site at Walkersville and 2 days working remotely. Key responsibilities: Create, track and maintain the short term and long term production schedules to provide visibility to drive execution of production schedule Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource utilization Key requirements: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management, preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience from a GMP environment, preferred Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel. SAP experience, preferred Good communication and presentation skills.
