Responsible for performing production functions in the Formulation Area according to company and department SOPs. Individual will perform formulation of all Media products. Individual will perform sterile filtration in a class 100 LFBSC and will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment. Availability to work overtime as needed. Key responsibilities: Operates various lab equipment: pH meter, Osmometer, Balance, Water Bath Performs sterile filtration in a class 100 LFBSC Hot Rinses formulation tanks Cleanroom Equipment Set-Up and Usage Product Sample Submission Perform aseptic processing with minimal operator related personnel excursions (EM) Understand basic level of LAL process flow Achieve yearly personnel utilization target Maintain training compliance to meet yearly target Must be able to follow standard operating procedures and complete production records Understand compliance in the execution of GMPs in a manufacturing environment Key requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge of cGMP Required to lift 50 lbs. from floor Background/Experience in Chemistry Highly preferred Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives for on-time event closure.
