Understand the requirements from all stakeholders with alignment of IT Leader in Region Planning and drive project with key stakeholders for specific projects in region Ensure requirements from all relative stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Aftermarket, Customer Care, Finance, Quality) are incorporated Experience Working on a Degree in business or Project Management Broad experience (1-2 years) in Project Management (to include but not limited to the following: SW release, new product development, Information Technology systems and tools, business analyst) Minimum of 1 years in a business environment/IT office Security and compliance experience/knowledge would be nice to have Good understanding of analysis of business processes Skills Strong English communication skills in both verbal and written Project Team builder; able to capitalize on project team members’ strengths and identify opportunities of improvement Nice to have - demonstrate examples of remote/virtual management skills Create and utilize highly effective reports and presentations to brief all levels of Leadership Second language is a benefit but not a must
