Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Web Content Administrator to join our in-house creative and brand management team. The Web Content Administrator is primarily responsible for the overall content of the firm’s websites, microsites, and blogs, using the firm’s Content Management System (CMS) and other tools, working with colleagues across the firm to publish and update firm approved web content while ensuring that audio, visual, and editorial quality standards and deadlines are met while adhering to relevant brand standards. The Web Content Administrator works independently to perform a variety of research, testing, and administrative tasks in support of the firm’s web development and digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, and have outstanding organizational skills. This position requires a very high energy level and flexibility with overtime and occasional business travel. This position will reside in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Key responsibilities include: Performs daily upkeep and maintenance of the firm’s websites and electronic publications, as well as quality checks on all content updates. Performs content audits to ensure quality control and adherence to firm guidelines and legal marketing requirements. Supports the technical development of digital communications. Coordinate with all content generators/owners to maximize opportunities on sites. Contributes to assembling final communications for contact distribution lists. Coordinates with business users and editorial team regarding content changes for site materials. Works with website developers to ensure website and web-based tools function without interruption to the end user. Works with the creative team to develop and edit graphics for use in digital communications. Works with audio talent and pre and post-production vendors to coordinate the development of firm podcasts. Optimizes digital content for social sharing. Generates forms and surveys using firm tools. Crafts standard procedures. Collaborates with internal teams to improve website functionality. Organizes and prioritizes projects and deadlines. Assists with data processing and data analysis of web traffic. Implements search engine optimization tactics (SEO) on site content. Experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, marketing, English or a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant experience with dedicated responsibilities associated with web publishing and/or development Adept at understanding web usability, including the functionality of on-line applications. Ability to understand and use web-based Content Management System and other forms-based web applications. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge. Basic Photoshop skills and understanding of media (images, videos) usage in a digital environment. Knowledge of audio/video tools and the ability to convert files between formats and upload to sites. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals with differing opinions and diverse personalities.
