US Offices & Unit is Hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst Near New York, NY
Hybrid: Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting data, analyzing significance, and sharing learnings with our marketing and communications team and across other departments. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of digital media and must be able to interpret results for purposes of understanding and optimizing campaigns and informing business decisions across the firm. The position will analyze data across our digital channels to find actionable insights that will enhance user experience, gain visibility for the firm, and inform content strategy. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst owns and refines the digital analytics tools and setup for all digital channels. Building useful reporting tools and dashboards will be a focus of this role. The ideal candidate is innovative, client-service oriented, proactive, a self-starter and highly collaborative and brings a passion for learning, testing, and data-informed decision making. Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, and have outstanding organizational skills. This position will reside in our Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Key responsibilities include: Leads the continued development of performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels and campaigns for our digital marketing team Identifies analytics requirements for each business group (e.g., industries, practices) Identifies and implements methods to easily organize and extract data for reporting Manages consistent content tagging system across all platforms Generates reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis Creates and maintains performance dashboard Works with Digital Content Manager to guide optimization and test new channels and tactics Summarizes findings and communicates updates and recommendations within the department; Keeps team updated on changes, best practices Informs, influences, and supports stakeholders through presentation of work and consultative approach Identifies, advocates, and implements new reporting technologies Experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant digital marketing, web analytics, and research experience. Knowledge of current standards in digital and interactive marketing reporting, including trends and best practices. Ability to analyze and synthesize data elements; ability to problem-solve and think strategically. Ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical colleagues and communicate results in a concise manner. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of individuals across all levels of lawyers and staff with differing opinions and diverse personalities. Commitment to exceptional client service and dedication to high-quality work. Discretion in dealing with confidential information. Flexibility with working hours, overtime, and business travel. Successful candidates must have technical proficiency in the following: Web analytics software including advanced understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, business intelligence and reporting tools. Google Analytics Certification required. Experience with Sitecore and Sprout a plus. PC Platform. Document Management software including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), iManage, and Adobe Acrobat. Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Social media analytics including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, SnapChat, Instagram, and WeChat. Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, Qlik, and Tableau. Communications tools including Outlook, Teams, Citrix, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and WebEx.
