The eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Program is the Army National Guard (ARNG) capstone training event for Brigade Combat Teams (BCT) to attain platoon level training readiness. This position is a part-time on call (PTOC) Non-Exempt (hourly) position supporting the XCTC Program and may support work originating at any or all the multiple scheduled locations of these events. The XCTC Mobile After-Action Review Center (MAARC) Lead is assigned and reports to the After Action Review Production Lead and is part of Instrumentation and Communications. During training events the Mobile After-Action Review Center (MAARC) Lead manages a mix of temporary staff with varying backgrounds and levels of experience to ensure quality and timely instrumented after action reviews technical production and delivery.
