We have an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Analyst to join our team. This position is based in our San Ramon, CA office working Monday through Friday flexible hours.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Technical Analyst is responsible for:

• Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.
• Respond to tickets/calls, and troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
• Set up and configure new systems, new applications, and upgrades.
• Manage user account information, permissions, and rights, including groups.
• Repair, re-image, and test pc’s for deployment
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer any system related concerns from users
• Travel to offices within region
• Some weekend coverage
