We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager who is experienced and highly motivated to work and collaborate with internal teams, globally located organization, alongside product management/ engineering and other data organization teams. This individual will work closely with our internal teams, technology partners, and cross-functional engineering, data quality, and stakeholders. The ideal program manager will lead and execute data quality transformation programs involving master data management, data governance, data quality, data security, reporting and analytics that aligns with the overall JLL Enterprise Data Strategy and Enterprise Data Quality programs. As a Program Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be responsible for: Driving the planning, coordination and execution of enterprise data programs as part of the enterprise data quality services strategy. Working with key stakeholders, business, and key technical leaders to help align functional solutions and executing a plan for enterprise data quality management programs including master data management, operational data store, data warehousing, data quality and data governance. Continuous Improvement: Detect systemic issues, process problems, and other risks and work with the appropriate colleagues to find resolutions. Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts Manages and monitors project budget, resources, deliverable's, quality, forecasting, milestones, and scope Facilitate and plan committee meetings acting as a key liaison between organization pillars and business lines Provides regular and ad hoc status reports on schedule, budget, scope, and deliverable's using a standardized approach Tracking and reporting of key milestones and business metrics; Creating data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management. Requirement: A BS degree in technology, computer science strongly preferred 5 years experience leading Data Management and Data Quality programs 8 years of program management experience, implementing efficient large scale data platform projects through the full project life-cycle strongly preferred Experience using a range of portfolio, program and project management approaches including traditional and Agile (Lean, Scrum, and Kanban) methodologies. Provide thought leadership and direction on assigned program ensuring disciplined execution and continuous improvement of Program and Project Management practices. Ability to set clear performance standards, and hold team members accountable, while keeping team engaged and on task Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members with a variety of personal styles to focus on the right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with a cross-functional team who are working on multiple priorities Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying/closing gaps in the product development life-cycle Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide the team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities Proven experience in process development and project management principles leading to improved outcomes with the ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities or priorities at once and stay on track and within budget. Experience communicating effectively with leaders regarding the program scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations. Preferred: Product (Experience working with Product managers and product lines vs project based). A foundational understanding of end to end data management process from ingestion through end-user consumption (Familiarity with web services and API ecosystems, and cloud environments) Experienced in usage of Azure Dev Ops (Program Management Tool) Utilizes solid knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology Strong understanding and experience in program management tool sets and integration points Familiarity with data quality tools and platforms such as IDQ, Monte Carlo or other 3rd party data quality or statistical analysis applications Executive reporting and presentations Commercial real estate industry experience Bonus experience: MS Teams Data visualization experience (Tableau, Domo, Power BI or equivalent) Monte Carlo IDQ Workfront Workboard (OKR Tool) Confluence (Knowledge collaboration Tool) #LI-EP1 #Remote Benefits: Our benefits are a good reason to come to JLL.
