We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager specializing in large-scale digital solutions for complex business processes to join our JLL Technologies Core Product team to drive the digital transformation of our Valuation Advisory business line which focuses on uncovering the value of properties and portfolios for our clients. What this job involves As a Principal Product Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for Creating the product vision and roadmap for our Valuation Advisory platform that meets and aligns with business objectives and goals. Assessing the current state of products and processes, identifying ways to transform the current state while evaluating innovative new solutions through the lens of build/buy/partner. Identifying opportunities, creating business cases, and championing your vision to build organizational alignment across senior business & technology stakeholders. Owning product requirements and specifications for large-scale products and driving the product development schedule from design to release with a high-quality bar. Establishing Objectives and Key Results to ensure your products achieve their goals Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, design, client delivery and finance to deliver on the product roadmap and vision while allocating resources appropriately. Driving continuous improvement of the development process and establishing a culture of striving for excellence. Championing the voice of the customer; establishing one-to-many user and partner forums for product feedback; engaging deeply and personally with users, partners, and the field. Experience driving product roadmap(s) for large-scale products from conception to launch, leading requirements engineering and solution design activities, and building strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders. Strong user focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the user into product strategy.
