Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective ensuring all facilities are following policies and procedures.
Safety Officer: To make decisions on my behalf in the event of a situation deemed as an emergency regarding the safety of clients, staff and/or the general public.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO POSITION

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years substance abuse or related work experience required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
-CPR, AED, & First Aid Certified preferred. Required within 30 days of employment.
KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:
-Requires a valid State of Florida Driver License
-Comprehensive understanding of facility safety, and also have a working knowledge of program standards as established by state licensing and accrediting bodies.
-Knowledge of documentation standards, along with excellent written and verbal skills.
Pay Range $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually
commensurate with experience.
