The Urology Group is searching for Payroll Specialist /Human Resources Assistant to work part time hours for 20-32 hours per week. The hours would be Monday-Friday. The position is located in our Business Office located in Norwood, Ohio.
Job Duties will include:
- Peform HR administrative duties to support the HR manager (post jobs, updating HR database, assist with new employee orientation, general interviewing assistant, schedule interviews, etc.)
- Fill in at the administrative desk when needed to greet visitors, answer phones, schedule meetings, etc.
- Perform special projects as assinged by the HR manager
- Train to process payroll in Paylocity system
- Maintain files and records with confidentiality
Qualifications/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Previous similar experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Similar previous experience a plus
- Experience processing payroll
