Urgent Care at Lake Lucille is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Wasilla, AK
Busy urgent care in Wasilla seeking a full-time/part-time employee with phlebotomy skills. A friendly personality with a willingness to learn is preferred. This position is open to new and experienced Medical Assistants. Candidate will need to work well with others as well as alone with the ability to prioritize tasks and task switch. As an Urgent Care, we do not have scheduled patients so the need to handle stressful situations is a must. Some, but not all, of the duties required are: Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, ekg, venipuncture, xray, prep and assist with procedures, immunizations and respond to phone calls from patients, pharmacies and other providers.
Hourly rate is D.O.E.
Benefit package is for full-time employees only.
Flexible schedule is available along with weekend work - To Be Discussed with candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.15 per hour
