Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary 

Our Product Delivery Specialists are key to working with our customers and the Urbint cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a primary point of contact for project with Urbint customer and depending on delivery scope be responsible for or support day-to-day project management
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with customers post-contract to understand current state and detail required features and functionality; responsible for fully documenting requirements
• Be the Primary liaison between customer requirements and Product Managers
• Support product team in writing user stories containing specifications and requirements for product features
• Own documentation of current state and future state business processes
• Document functional data flow to transition to technical team
• Perform excel based data profiling and preliminary analysis to assess suitability of data for needs of solution
• Create / support creation of training materials to support software deployment
• Coordinate QA testing programs; including the facilitation of of end-user user acceptance testing
• Lead and or support pilot and proof of concept initiatives with customers
• Support investigations into issues and bugs reported internally or by Urbint customers.
• Collaborate with the development team to participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and be readily available to address questions, concerns and blockers

Who You are

• At least 3-7 years of experience supporting SaaS based solutions, preferably within software implementation
• Proven organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Familiar with JIRA, Slack, Confluence, Google Docs, and other project collaboration tools
• Experience with technology and data analysis (Excel required)
• Experience working with utility and/or oil and gas clients is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in with a technical and/or science background preferred. Additional certifications in project management and agile practices a plus
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time (we will follow government and health experts travel recommendations )
